Michel Maincent. Former student at the School of Professional Education at Rouen, France : graduated 1965. Former student of the "Ecole Normale Nationale d'Apprentissage (E.N.N.A.)" at Toulouse, France : graduated 1975. From 1975 to 1978, technical master of professional education at the "L.E.P." Catering College at Rouen, France. From 1978 to 1980, technical master of professional education at the Technical Catering School of Bainbridge, Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe.
Since 1980, technical master of professional education at the Jean Drouant Technical Catering School in Paris, ensuring simultaneously the co-ordination of the practical catering courses at the "G.R.E.T.A.", (Paris Academy).
