Biographie de Christian Noorbergen

Christian Noorbergen est un écrivain d'art français. Il a enseigné l'histoire de l'art, la psychanalyse et la philosophie à l'université, aux Beaux-Arts et en milieu carcéral. Poète-voyageur et critique d'art, il a organisé une centaine d'expositions (notamment sur l'expressionnisme), en France et à l'étranger, et a rédigé de très nombreuses préfaces et textes de livres d'art et de bibliophilie. Il publie dans plusieurs revues françaises et internationales : Artension, Aralya, Miroir de l'art, Raw Vision (Royaume-Uni), Leap (Chine).
Christian Noorbergen is a French art writer. He has taught art history, psychoanalysis and philosophy at university, at the Beaux Arts in Paris, and in prisons. A poet-traveller and art critic, he has curated some hundred exhibitions (notably on Expressionism) in France and abroad, and has written numerous prefaces and texts for books on art and bibliophily. He regularly writes for French and international art magazines including Artension, Aralya, Miroir de l'Art, Raw Vision (United Kingdom) and Leap (China).
Robert C. Morgan est un historien et écrivain d'art américain, et aussi un artiste. Spécialiste de l'histoire et de l'esthétique de l'art occidental et asiatique, il a écrit des centaines de critiques d'art (traduites en vingt langues), publié des monographies et des livres, et organisé de nombreuses expositions. Ses textes pour des catalogues d'expositions ont été publiés par Gagosian, Pace, White Cube (Londres), Kukje (Séoul), Malingue (Hong Kong), notamment.
Il enseigne au Pratt Institute et à la School of Visual Arts, à New York. Robert C. Morgan is an American art historian and writer, and artist. Knowledgeable in the history and aesthetics of both Western and Asian art, he has written hundreds of critical essays (translated into twenty languages), published monographs and books, and curated numerous exhibitions. His catalogue essays have been published by Gagosian, Pace, White Cube (London), Kukje (Seoul), Malingue (Hong Kong), notably.
He teaches at Pratt Institute and at the School of Visual Arts, in New York.
