À propos de l'auteur

Biographie d'Anne Jamelot-Bonnaillie

Anne Jamelot-Bonnaillie was born in Nantes in 1969. She began physical education in 1989 and started to train four hours later at the ISR Sophrology Institute in Rennes. She had, since the age of seven, been afflicted with constant twitches that no doctor, neurologist or psychiatrist could explain. Sophrology, which she discoverd at a key stage in her development, became her lifesaver.
