Zombie by Fate, Hero by Choice

A cure for HIV gone terribly wrong leading to a zombie outbreak. It is the year 2040 and countries have moved underground for safety. Safety was supposedly the least of everyone's worries after the relocation. However, all of that changed in a flash when contaminated vaccines were circulated, triggering a new outbreak from within the country. Follow the journey of Ryan, an average teenager who was injected with the tainted vaccine as he tells his story.
He is neither zombie nor human, but a mutation of the virus itself - a sentient zombie. With the support of his loyal friend and science whiz, Samuel, they embark on a dangerous journey to unravel the conspiracies of the deranged dictator behind the "accident" and fight for their lives - and the lives of everyone else.
