When I’m a Monster Like You, Dad

David O'Connell is a writer and illustrator living in London, UK. His favourite things to draw are monsters, naughty children (another type of monster), batty old ladies and evil cats! Francesca Gambatesa lives and works in London. Her family comes from Southern Italy so she very much enjoys the best of two worlds. She has been illustrating books since 2011, and has worked as an animator, designer and art director for animation studios in Italy and the UK for many years. Her first picture book for HarperCollins is published in 2016 and she has also worked on books for Penguin Young Readers, Usborne books, Zanichelli Editore, and Cricket children literary magazine.
