What I did to start the self-improvement journey

Everything in this is what I have personally done to get to the level I am at today. Use it as a guide or a booster for you to start your self-improvement journey. My life has changed and improved drastically from this self-improvement journey I have started and it will for you too. What I've implemented has 100% worked for me and it will 100% work for you. You are in the same situation as I was in before I started self-improvement or at least similar.
