Universal Citizen

Universal Citizen is a collection, mostly of poetry, focuing on the political mind and experiences of poet Christopher D. Sims. A political-minded writer, organizer, and activist, he has combined a collection of writings taking a deep look at politics, political figures, and community. This collection combines his experiences and his journey as someone who has been involved in all facets of politics - from ground work in Rockford' IL's working group focusing on the People Who Care Lawsuit to local, state, and national political campaigns.
All of these have informed the writer in empowering and impactful ways.
