In contrast, those with detestable attitudes were highlighted, sorted out, evaluated, and scrutinized to understand the root cause and to know why it affects the Filipinos and the nation. The author realized that the Philipines' problem lies in the Filipinos' behavioral problems and hopes to rectify this mess for the better Philippines.
