Luca Brambilla è Direttore dell'Accademia di Comunicazione Strategica, società specializzata nella creazione di master One to One per executive di grandi aziende. Già docente di Comunicazione Strategica presso la Alta Scuola ALTIS dell'Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano, insegna Negoziazione presso la Alta Scuola ALMED dello stesso ateneo. È adjunct professor nel corso di Comunicazione Strategica nella Medicina Moderna presso le facoltà di Medicina e Odontoiatria dell'Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele.
Insegna inoltre Negoziazione presso il master HR & Communication dell'Università IULM e nel master in Gestione e Sviluppo delle Risorse Umane presso SDM, la Scuola di Alta Formazione dell'Università degli Studi di Bergamo. Già docente di Negoziazione nei master de Il Sole 24 ORE business school, insegna Comunicazione Strategica e Negoziazione nel master Publitalia e presso la Scuola di Alta Formazione di Intrecci.
