It is believed that the Roman Empire began to decline when it divided, when the Byzantine Empire grew, or that it waned as the strength of kingdoms called "Arab" or "Celt" grew, or even with the power of European monarchies or Napoleonic conquests. It is not like this. This story began with Latinus. From his descendants would come the Trojans and Rome, according to the myth of Romulus and Remus. Later, Rome was spoken of as a large kingdom, which structured a Republic and, later, an Empire.
The Jewish prophet Daniel made many predictions about global events involving the Persians, Hellenes, Egyptians and Romans, warning that they would be the last great empire in the world, and the one that would last the longest, until the arrival of the great eternal kingdom of the Messiah.
