This trilingual dictionary is the result of a close collaboration between linguists at INRA and experts in seed technology. It defines about 260 concepts specific to seed technology. Each French term is accompanied by its variants, a definition, technical notes and by the equivalent English and German terms in context. There is also a separate index of Russian equivalents. The explanatory notes and illustrations make this dictionary more of a technical handbook covering every stage of seed technology from harvesting to marketing.
