The people of New Earth, an Earth-like exoplanet in the Milky Way, have lost almost all knowledge concerning technology, science, their past, and the outside world. After the Decline, Felim and his young friends live in a tiny remote village that used to be a thriving city. They are forced to set out on an adventure. On another planet, teenage Alberta-Alice falls through a nonsensical wormhole. On her search for a way back home, she meets Qeeravs, Thohnuths, Azoins, and other aliens. Meanwhile, immortal Boris, on Earth, faces threats from this universe and others.
