In the year 3013 magic mushrooms evolved into a new drug called Apotheosis or A-pop on Saturn's moon of Titan along with the earthlings who live there. This sublime new drug seems to connect its users to a high power of knowledge and experience. Upon the arrival of a dangerous black hole close to our solar system, the US President begins using this new drug in an attempt to find out what to do, becoming an addict.
Many people in the government question if he is crazy and what this strange new drug from far off Titan is all about. A Secret Service agent and android are sent to find out what is going on with this new drug that seems to have taken over the world, and the possibility of an alien discovery on the sister moon of Enceladus that may be part of the influence underlying it all.
