This is a collection of poems that shares my story/ my feelings as I express grieve and transform through my journey on healing my Complex PTSD. A story of hope , pain resilience beauty strength and healing. It exemplifies the fact that no matter how much darkness we are in , there is always light and hope. That we alone have the power to change our life and to turn our hopes into goals and action steps.
It shows how much power we human beings have, to face our darkness, to triumph over it and get to the other side. I hope that this book serves as an inspiration for you that you can overcome anything and become the master of your story and your life.
