Scared Little Poet

A collection of poetry and prose that effortlessly weaves together the trauma and damage of narcissistic relationship abuse, hubris, horror, and escapism.  Shadow hunting and the integration of the darkness is a clear theme as the journey continues to play with light, love, and freedom.  Healing is a common theme throughout the book; mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical.  We are nothing without the ability to take extreme responsibility for our choices and actions.  You will read poems written through the lens of victimhood.  You will read poems written through the lens of love.  You will also read poems written through the lens of safety, triumph, joy, and growth.  So much of this work was inspired by the author's work in Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP) and natural healing practices and that really shines through. All in all this collection of poetry is an authentic and vulnerable journey through life experiences that resonate for all human beings.  Axé and Amen.
