This book is designed to help you have those discussions in a constructive and meaningful way, encouraging children to recognise patterns of behaviour, understand the impact of trauma, and create a positive way forward. Without pointing fingers or using a bunch of complex psychological terminology, this book helps kids work things out for themselves.
