Biographie de TULASI ACHARYA
Originally from Nepal, Dr. Acharya embarked on his American journey in 2008, pursuing a Master's degree in Professional Writing at Kennesaw State University and currently an MFA student at Georgia College and State University. His academic journey includes a Master's in Women's Studies and a Ph. D. in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Currently, he teaches a spectrum of subjects-Professional Writing, English, and Public Administration-at South Georgia State College in the USA.
Dr. Acharya's literary footprint spans across genres from fiction to non-fiction, poetry, and translation. He has already published over a dozen books which are available on various online platforms. His debut English novel, "Running from the Dreamland, " received acclaim, boasting an impressive 86% positive rating on Amazon. Venturing into academia, he published "Sex, Gender, and Disability in Nepal: Marginalized Narratives and Policy Reform" with Routledge.
His literary contributions aren't confined to English; he has penned novels in Nepali, including "Mochan" (translated to "emancipation") and "Swapnabhumi, " the Nepali translation of "Running from the Dreamland." Beyond publications, Dr. Acharya's short stories have earned accolades such as a Certificate of Excellence from the University of New Hampshire. In his personal sphere, happily married with two daughters residing in Nepal, he cherishes his deep-rooted passion for reading and writing.
