As for ideas, one can assign a new leader simply by thinking of the leader. Another type of soul organization can be physical leader first, then an idea leader, and then a secondary idea, and then a tertiary idea, but one must deeply understand the cause and effect of having these ideas and physical leaders on his soul and on the world around him.
One who creates group values creates an internal soul structure that is the same as an external soul structure. An ideology or state is not an individual. So to adopt the soul of a state will lead one to feel unnatural, naturally. It is just like looking at a computer screen all day. A state ideology is meant for a state, and an individual ideology is meant for the individual. But what people do, is they look at the spiritual shape of a state, and how the soul of a state perfectly, or near-perfectly fits that state, creating harmony, and they assign the soul to themselves, but the shape of the soul of a human is different from the shape of the soul of a state.
The shape of the soul of the state has feelings and leanings that an individual does not have. The soul of state's leader is the idea of community, and this is good. But the soul of an individual's leader is community in only certain scenarios. But one must ask, can we mold ourselves to fit this? Yes, we can, but only amongst those who are submissive. But deep down we have a base level shell. This shell is elastic, but it applies pressure and desires to go back into the original state.
The lowest man can near-permanently break this elastic, and punishes himself for going back into the original state, but the higher man is able to keep it in its original state. In the physical, the higher man applies pressure to break his original physical energies to create higher physical energies, but in the spiritual, the higher man resists the temptation to break his original spiritual tendencies, since these are the correct ones.
