ABOUT THE AUTHORS E Knight was born in Massachusetts and wrote extensively in high school, but after graduation, life got in the way - things like marriage, kids, full time jobs in banking, paying the mortgage, etc - and writing fell by the wayside. But when she was laid off from a position in the mortgage industry, she returned to college at age 47 to get a degree in English, with a concentration in creative writing.
Studying literature, from Shakespeare to modern classics reinvigorated that love for writing. She started writing fiction again and has been working towards getting published ever since. It's been a few years now and S E has retired from outside work and moved to North Carolina. She now has the time to write full time and has decided self-publishing is the correct path for her (after all, she's old now and doesn't have the time to invest in getting an agent and publisher, she'd rather spend her time writing).
