Promises of Snow

Promises of snow is a story set in a dystopian world. The inhabitants of the last continent survive as best they can, due to scarce resources, people are restricted to a secluded life. Electricity is limited to certain hours, snow blocks roads, blizzards threaten the city. Children nostalgically remember times when they could leave their homes. Only adults go out to attend work or in search of supplies, that a state without resources distributes in the white streets to contain the population.
There is a place where the weather is still warm. The government tries to hide it. An expensive project has been developed, exclusive for a few.
