Perfect neighbor

Muscular, charming, intelligent, and discreet, Edward Hoppers is my new mysterious neighbor, and he apparently speaks to no one. Since I've been attending the neighborhood book club, we haven't exchanged a single word. Honestly, I'm not interested in chasing after the "perfect man, " as my friends call him. In reality, this newcomer is my first love from a long time ago, and he's also the father of my daughter, of whose existence he is unaware. Now that he's back, my goal is to avoid falling back into his arms at all costs.
