Grieving the loss of her husband, the rail journey across the Nullarbor was to be a time of healing for Jeannie and her daughter Jaz. But it was not to be. Chris Bales, an old flame from her troubled, violent past which Jeannie thought she had buried forever, is on the train. It is soon obvious that they both have secrets.
