"The way is not in the sky. The way is in the heart. " ~ BuddhaWe are in the middle of an evolutionary jump. We as a human species have evolved into a highly sophisticated animal that relies heavily on its intellect to create a more comfortable and complex world. We have done this successfully and rapidly over the last few thousand years, but now it's shifting into a new era; an era where we move from the head to the heart.
This book is an invitation to move more fully and deeply into your heart, to let the mental activity move into the background, and for the heart to take first place in our lives and in our decision-making process. What would your life look like if it were more from the heart of the true self?Inside this book you will:- complete the "Head and Heart Quiz" to find out if you are predominantly a head or a heart person- learn the 27 signs of head and heart energy characteristics- learn 7 practical tips to help us move more into our hearts and out of our headsIf you are looking for more direction in your life or to reduce anxiety and worry, then this book can steer you there, if you let it!
