Keeper of the Storehouses

The question we have to ask ourselves is: How come the church in the third world is so bereft of resources?  We struggle to fulfill ministry because of the lack of finance, our churches are mostly badly kept without any type of maintenance programs and finance is not available for upkeep. We are having a real spiritual revival in the third world countries but financially many Saints are still struggling with poverty and have no concept of divine prosperity.
This causes Christian projects to be incomplete and facilities and resources that are needed, are not forthcoming.
