Just Plane Deadly

Dex Battle is aboard for only one reason-to protect his employer's valuable cargo. He expects tonight's flight to be just another long and boring one with too much bad coffee, but a cold-blooded psychopath who calls himself Lancelot has recruited a cunning "fixer;" a dirty federal agent; and a ruthless assassin in a deadly plot to steal the cargo. And when the airliner suddenly disappears from radar, Dex is thrown into a terrifying world of hijack, sabotage, kidnap, and murder. Marci Morgan-rookie FBI agent and daughter of the ill-fated airliner's captain-goes rogue when her boss refuses to let her work the case.
Vowing to avenge her father's fate, she joins up with Dex who is hell-bent on getting the cargo back. Despite their opposite natures-she's open and outgoing; he's a socially awkward loner with a mysterious past-a subtle, unexpected intimacy begins to develop. While the assassin closes in on them, Dex and Marci race to catch the culprits. And unbeknownst to everyone except Lancelot, something else is on the plane that he'll do anything to get, even if it means killing his own accomplices.
