Ty wasn't supposed to be the one. But was Eric the one for Brea? Tall, light-skinned, and handsome suited her just fine. This was what was meant to be. He wasn't supposed to be gone. Her heart wasn't supposed to pound or neither was her head supposed to spin in so many wild ways. They were supposed to spend the night together-the best and most romantic night of her life. One night turns into years of despair, confusion, and what could possibly have been.
And throughout the silent years, there were others. The one who inspired me and secretly I couldn't get enough-of his smile, of his body, of the way he made me feel. Or the one who was gentle charming and melted my heart with every word, look, and touch. Eric had put a crater in my heart with his sudden disappearance. All I had were dreams that kept begging him to stay. The more I waited the more I felt everyone else's story echo into mine.
