Grace in the Midst of Pain

One cannot do the life thing alone; I mean, those who have walked the journey before understanding it better, right? What happens if one wants to learn and experience this life thing alone? Well, that's the first rule of independence, is it? Young, inexperienced, needy, and vulnerable are some of the traits teenagers hold. Teenage life is characterised by challenges, unexpected life changes, and transitions from childhood to young adulthood.
How one responds to these events depends largely on the support and encouragement they receive from individuals with sufficient experience. Life happens, and it even gets to a point where one feels compelled to close doors for those close to her. Just a girl who did not know what life had in store for her, who felt the need to go with the flow, but was it worth it? Some scars heal faster than others, and some don't heal at all.
Now what happens to the permanent wound, which is constantly poked and serves as a reminder of how one got the scar and that it will never heal no matter how you try cleaning and treating it?Will she succeed in hiding the scar, or will she have to embrace it and take it as a beauty mark?
