Lisa is a spiritual coach and healer, a writer, and an inspirational speaker. In 2020, she wrote her debut novel, Katie, A New Chapter, a self-help work of fiction based on her life experiences. She touches on mental health, abuse, and trauma in her story. Working recently in a prison she has seen many breakthroughs with the men. She is also proud to say the book has helped to save a life. Lisa loves writing both for enjoyment and to facilitate the healing process for herself and others and often uses writing to help her channel spiritual messages. Very often, it only requires a small change to make all the difference in your life.
Lisa is here to help you transform the areas you feel stuck in or are struggling with. Often a change in one area has a lasting impact on all the other areas of your life: career, health, wealth, and relationships. Writing groups, workshops and well-being courses are all available to support your own journey.   She is very much open to interesting commissions and collaborations.
