Dark Tales of Pain and Loss

Dark Tales of Pain and Loss is a collection of short stories that focus on the different ways people deal with tragedies and grief in their lives. The three stories collected here range from Psychological fantasy to Twisted Dramas.  The Psychological drama "My World is Too Far Gone" follows a newly arrested man named Frank Castro who wants to serve his time in peace. Trial after trial Frank realizes that his hope of a peaceful sentence might be as far away as his freedom. In "The Broken Car" a man is drunk causing a ruckus in the bar after experiencing the loss of a loved one.
An old friend arrives to talk him out of his broken state using the analogy of a broken car. The story follows a young man who falls down a sewer drain, landing in an alternate world. All he wants to do is find his way home but the longer he remains in this parallel world the more he realizes the dark truth of what's truly "Hidden Below"
