Dark Spectrals - Mordryd Universe

Mordryds have a simple task in this universe: kill and consume the body, and guide the soul to the afterlife. They are astral deities of death, and they come to Raeanne's small town to fulfill their divine duties. Raeanne wants nothing to do with death or Mordryds, but when her best friend is whisked away to the afterlife right in front of her eyes, she pursues her friend's soul into the world of the Mordryds: the distant planet Momat.
There she will discover various psychopomps, sentient flora, and that death is only the beginning.
