2-What is self- esteem?Self-esteem refers to a person's entire personal sense of personal worth or value. To look at it another way, self-esteem is just how much you appreciate and like yourself independent of your circumstances. Your self-esteem is influenced by a range of factors, including: Self-confidence a feeling of security Identity is a sense of belonging.4-Can bullying or abuse cause low self-esteem?Defining bullingBullying is a pattern of aggressive behavior in which a person in a position of power actively intimidates, abuses, or coerces another person with the goal of gaining power of physically or emotionally harming that person. Bullying can take many forms, including physical and verbal attacks.
During adolescence, as social skills are refined and adults emerge, many young people can be cruel to one another. The brain of an abused or neglected child have a substantial impact on a person's quality of life as an adult. Trauma and memory, in either event, tragedy is rarely completely forgotten. Even if they don't fully realize what happened, survivors tend to remember at least some details of awful situations.
According to research, you're more likely to remember circumstances that you've experienced more than once. Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can develop as a result of childhood trauma later in life. Negative or wrong thinking must be challenged. Test the accuracy of your original views because they might not be the only way to look at a situation. Examine your viewpoint to see if it is supported by facts and logic, or if there are alternative possible explanations for the issue.
Don't compare yourself against others. When you compare yourself to others, you lose sight of your own effort. All you can think about is how quickly you are seeing results versus the other one. It's inconvenient and can lead to bad practices. It can easily develop to addiction, have a detrimental impact on relationships, and derail career chances. It can also lead to a variety of physical and mental health issues.
