This collection of Annie Mouse Adventures includes the fifth and sixth in the Adventures of Annie Mouse series:   Annie Mouse's Route 66 Adventure: A Photo Journal and Annie Mouse's Second Route 66 Photo Journal: The Journey East, which were inspired by the author's many Route 66 trips and feature her original photography. In the first book of this collection join Annie Mouse and her family on their first Route 66 cross-country road trip.
Annie Mouse is excited to share the photographs that document her family's experiences as they follow Route 66 westward from Illinois to California. The Mouse family visits attractions in each of the Route's eight states, making friends and learning about the history of the Mother Road along the way. In the second book of this collection the Mouse family travels Route 66 from California to Chicago, having new adventures, reuniting with friends made on their first journey, and meeting new friends along the way, with Cousin Penny as their driver and tour guide.
