Alya's Choice

In 'Alya's Choice', Alya saves the life of Hamar, a young Viking warrior, who was seriously wounded during an attack by the Frisians. On a dragon ship, she is taken to the Norwegian principality of Agde, this time not as a slave, but as a free woman. In the land of Halfdan the Black, a cunning and merciless king, Alya must face new trials. Will she nevertheless find new hope and ever see her hometown of Cordoba again? 'Alya's Choice' is the final part of a diptych.
