Biographie de Nathalie Bauer
Traductrice de l’italien (Primo Levi, Natalia Ginzburg, Elisabetta Rasy, Marcello Fois, Paolo Giordano, …), docteur en histoire, Nathalie Bauer publie ici son troisième roman après Zena (JC Lattès, 2000) et Le feu, la vie (Philippe Rey, 2007). Se fondant sur de nombreux documents intimes (carnets, photos, agendas) de son grand-père, Raymond Bonnefous, dont certains sont reproduits dans ce livre, Nathalie Bauer en a conservé la toile de fond historique, tout en transformant les protagonistes en héros de roman.
