This book is written for all those who long and yearn for freedom. If you are a prisoner of your mind you will always be subject to the turbulence of the external world around you. To the ones who ponder on the meaning and purpose of their lives, I love you. I do my best to give you a guide to your internal world and how to manage it. Coming from the culmination of my experiences and doing the shadow work to overcome certain challenges, these are the lessons I found helpful during my odyssey to peace.
