Through writing her book, she found her own sense of belonging and ultimate place in this world, and she hopes that by sharing her young adult novel, she will help others on their journey of maturing just the same. A chronic overthinker, just slightly competetive, and constantly trying to become the best version of herself. Starting off junior year, yet again moving and switching schools, and this one even harder to adjust to than the last. As Aurelia is trying to find her ways in an Austrian private school where she encounters wealth she has never seen before, the girl is trying her best to keep her grades up, find friends actually worth keeping, and not lose touch to the person she thought she is, or was?But all that for what? She doesn't even know what her goal is, and everything seems to be twisting and turning until it doesn't.
Like the universe knew what she needed, she meets a friend, or more than that, who helps her see the world, and herself in a totally different way, and the the pieces start to come together. When a life-altering event completely throws Aura off course, and makes her reconsider everything she used to take for granted, she starts hustling and building towards her dreams, and everything seems to be working more or less in her favor.
Just when she receives the opportunity of a lifetime, however, the returning thoughts of self-doubt and insecurity throw a spanner into her persisting efforts, and lead her to a place she would never have expected.. Sometimes the best outcomes arise not when you follow to the map, but when you let yourself be blown off by storm to get to the gold!
