Led by Aidan, who's integrated at a cellular level with bloc, a graphene-based life form, and Tannin, a hyperactive Ashkenazi Jew with observational, deductive skills Sherlock Holmes would envy, the team won't stop until they capture or kill their targets. As the two parties clash, something unexpected occurs: due to a manufacturing error, some of the consumers of the branded human sashimi undergo a horrific transformation.
