Biographie de Katja Frixe

THE AUTHOR : Katja FRIXE studied education and worked for several years as an editor at various publishers of children's and young adult books before she became self-employed as a writer and translator. She lives with her husband and twin daughters in Braunschweig, Germany. THE ILLUSTRATOR : Florentine PRECHTEL studied classical painting and sculpture in Mönchengladbach, Karlsruhe and Freiburg. After some exciting artistic projects in Berlin, Barcelona and Rome, she switched to illustrating children's books.
She lives with her family in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. THE TRANSLATOR : Ruth AHMEDZAI KEMP is a British translator of fiction and non-fiction from German, Russian and Arabic. She lives with her husband and two boys in Cheltenham, England.
